January 19, 2022 – New Course! Beginning Spring Semester 2022, I will be teaching a new course in the Biology Department at San Diego State University entitled "Evolution and Ecology of Marine Mammals". The course will be an upper division organismal biology course for majors and will complement the suite of organismal biology classes that SDSU offers.

January 20, 2021 – New Course! Beginning Spring Semester 2021, I will be teaching a new course in the Biology Department at San Diego State University entitled "The World of Dinosaurs". The course will be a general education course for non-science majors, and it will be the first offering of a course on dinosaurs in several decades. I'm excited to continue the tradition of paleontology education at SDSU!
